I broke down here. It took 2 hours for anyone to offer help. Thanks to the 3 men who made sure 2 women and 2 babies were okay and offered local help.
This store has friendly employees, I was greeted as I walked in the doors with a hello and a goodbye have a safe trip.
Decided to ride late into the night on Thanksgiving headed south on my bicycle tour. I arrive at the store around 6PM in the dark. Immediately strike up conversation with 3-4 different people. The cashier, a Steelers fan, says 'we bout to feast in five minutes, I invite you!' So there I am, white as the driven snow, having turkey and stuffing with a bunch of cool NDN gals. Thanksgiving is saved. I don't know what they taught you in school but I thought it was pretty damn awesome. Greatest Thanksgiving ever.
