Absolutely the worst business experience ever. We hired them to service our property in Bayfield, Colorado last spring and from day one it was nothing but issues with them. They could not keep our bill straight, they had to be constantly reminded to come out and service our toilet, they do not answer their phones nor return email messages. We discontinued our service with them on November 30th, 2016 and as of today, March 22, 2017, they still have not picked up the toilet off of our property. Always an excuse why it has taken MONTHS for them to pick it up. We are now looking at having their license revoked. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!!
