I had a savings account here, when my husband died I wasn't able to put money in, and they sent a letter, due to inactivity your account is closed. They took my money that was in a savings account earning interesting. Worse bank ever.

They always take forever and three customer service sucks. I hate that they act like I've inconvenienced them by making a transaction. Tellers are always so rude. Long wait times.
